The Search foundation,founded in 2004 has now completed 15 years of service to the society. We have worked on providing our servicesin the rural area of Talegaon Dabhade,Pune.
We have given a large focus on Entrepreneurship development programmes andCareer counselling, done on a individual basis. Since its installation, we have received a number of awards and recognitions for our work.
Our journey has many milestones.Between 2008 to 2018, we worked with SBI as an Associate Partner promoting all the schemes and bankingactivities like savings activity, loan approval and financial investments in the rural area.
We have carried out a large number of CSR activities in the rural area with corporates, associates and consultants associated with us. Since 2018, we have collaborated with the following organisations and carried out our CSR activities.
Our main focus is financial inclusion in rural area for low income groups. To achieve this, we have been conducting credit counselling, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, role plays and poster picture competitionsamong rural folks.This has provided us with a good understanding of the depth of the porble. We pledge to follow the pyramid approach across the rural sector as proposed by renowned social sector and management guru Dr. Prahlad.
